At VibeLuis, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, we have developed this Return Policy to provide you with clear guidelines on how to return or exchange items. Please read this policy thoroughly to understand your rights and the procedures for returning products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to love your VibeLuis products! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return items purchased from VibeLuis for a full refund or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: The items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Non-returnable Items: Some items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:
    • Customized or personalized products
    • Final sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Products that are damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at [email protected] or call (541) 396-3338 to inform us of your intention to return the item. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with the return to ensure that it is processed correctly.

  3. Packaging: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging (if possible) to avoid damage during shipping. Be sure to include all original tags, accessories, and the RA number.

  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the item reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return procedure as outlined above. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you want. Please note that exchange requests are subject to product availability.

If you are exchanging an item due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are generally issued within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you are returning an item due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

6. Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped.

7. International Returns

For international customers, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are also the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Please ensure that you are aware of any import regulations or restrictions in your country before returning an item.
